2. Description of Service
LearningBite is an AI-powered micro-learning platform that generates and delivers personalised lesson content to users via email and messaging channels. Lessons are generated using third-party AI models and are for educational and informational purposes only.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Free Trial & Credits
- New users receive 5 free preview lessons, each capped at 30 seconds of content.
- After the free trial, continued use requires purchasing credit packs.
- Credits are non-refundable and do not expire.
- Credit packs are purchased in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay.
- We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
5. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- In the event of a failed delivery attributable solely to our systems, we may at our discretion issue credit compensation.
6. AI-Generated Content
- Lesson content is generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies.
- Content is for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content.
- You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service.
- Submit content or topics designed to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive material.
- Share, resell, or redistribute generated lessons commercially without permission.
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or billing systems.
8. Intellectual Property
- The LearningBite platform, brand, and interface are owned by LearningBite.
- AI-generated lesson content is provided for your personal use only.
- You retain ownership of any original content you provide as topic instructions.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may affect lesson delivery. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearningBite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
